Spamming creates an unnecessary amount of spam in chat. Not only is this annoying, but it may limit staff members jobs and make it significantly more difficult. Therefore, it’s best not to spam.

2. Inappropriate Nicknames:
Regardless of the fact that nicknames are donor features, they can still be removed if the privilege is abused. Nicknames are not necessary and may be removed without warning if abused. Examples of inappropriate nicknames include, but are not limited to;
Staff Disrespect/ Player Disrespect
Chat/ Locked Chat Bypass
Swear Words or Inappropriate Slurs in Nicknames
Server Names

3. Mentioning Other Servers:
Saying a link, reference or name of another server in chat that relates to another server will result in a warning. However, if you mention the IP to another server or voice server such as TeamSpeak, that is considered advertising and you will be permanently banned.

4. Racial, Discrimination or Sexual Slurs/ Remarks:
DivinePvP's prides itself on being an all-inclusive server. The use of racist, homophobic or sexual remarks is not appropriate and can make players feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Factions, items or nicknames used in game may be removed without warning.

5. ‘Cobble Monstering’ WarZone:
Whilst ‘Cobble Monstering’ is allowed throughout the wilderness, it is not tolerated in areas claimed by WarZone. For ‘Cobble Monstering’ in WarZone, you will be rewarded with a temporary ban of twenty-four hours.
First Offence - 1 Day Temp Ban
Second Offence - 3 Day Temp Ban

IP Ban for duration of remaining Mute.

8. Scamming:
Whilst scamming is still bannable, scams regarding auction house, trade, staff or rank scamming will result in a permanent ban without warning.\

9. DDoS Threats:
DDoSing, Dosing, Doxing, and/or swatting all fall under this category. This is a topic that is not to be taken lightly and will result in a permanent IP ban.

We at DivinePvP take threats towards players very seriously. Threatening to hack or harm a player would be treated much like a threat to DDoS a player would be. If you are threatening to hack a player, you will be permanently IP banned.

11. Advertising:
Posting an IP to another server, website, or voice server via private messages, public chat, signs, books or even faction chat is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

12. Releasing Personal Information:
Releasing personal information is considered ‘doxing’, therefore it will not be tolerated. If you are caught releasing a player’s information in a way that may be considered malicious, you will be removed from DivinePvP.

13. Hacked Clients, Hacking, Macros:
The use of clients, resource packs, macros, or other programs that can give you an unfair advantage over other players are not tolerated on DivinePvP. You may be removed from the server without warning. You may view the modifications which are permitted on DivinePvP here. However, admitting to hacks prior to beginning a screen-share session will have your ban reduced to one week. Whilst alting is allowed, any discussion regarding your ban on an alt account will result in a permanent IP ban.

14. ALTing:
Due to recent implementations, the maximum accounts which one person can use on DivinePvP is three overall accounts. While we understand that you may have siblings and friends may come over and play, if you require special assistance in this regard, please contact an admin. Any abuse of this system will result in a permanent IP ban. The preffered and most common setup is one main account and two ALT accounts.

15. Suicide Encouragement:
Suicidal encouragement is in no way ethical and will have you removed from the server in an instant.

16. Exploiting or Glitching:
Using a glitch or exploit to give yourself, or others an unfair advantage over the rest of the player base is deemed unfair and will result in a ban.. Examples of these glitches include, but are not limited to:

18. Staff/ Player Disrespect:
DivinePvP is an all-inclusive community. Disrespecting players can make players feel unwelcome and uneasy. This is not the case and you will be punished if you’re disrespecting players or staff members.

19. Encouraging Players to Break Rules:
We treat players who encourage others to break rules as if they were in the same position. If you encourage a player to break the rules, your punishments may be worse.
Offenders of this rule will be punished at the discretion of the administration team.
20. Bypassing Locked Chat:
Staff members have full authorization to temporarily mute the chat when chaos is occurring. Locking the chat is a very efficient and easy way for staff members to communicate with large groups of players. Bypassing this can lead to many issues and will result in a temporary ban from the server. Examples of bypassing locked chat includes, but is not limited to the following;
Creating/ Disbanding Factions
Abusing [Show]
Sending False Reports

21. Swearing in Public Chat:
Due to DivinePvP being a server for all ages, we expect that the chat is appropriate for all ages, therefore, we do not tolerate swearing in public chat.
